Fall is on its way. Have you noticed? Really noticed?

I don’t know where you are, but I’m in California, where the seasonal change is more subtle. The nights are lengthening and an autumn chill nips the air. Leaves are turning color. Halloween candy has hit the supermarkets (honestly, if you’re buying Halloween candy in September, you’re either the greatest pre-planner ever, or that candy is for you. No judgment.).

This is the season for letting go – of old ideas, of habits that no longer serve, and embrace the changing season and changes in our lives. Change is inevitable, but so much of it is delightful! So embrace the change and celebrate the season.
