February Tarotscopes

February Tarotscopes 2018

I’m drawing one card for each sign from the Tarot’s Major Arcana and the second from its elemental suit. E.g. since Aquarius is an air sign, one card is drawn from the Major Arcana and one from the Tarot’s air suit, swords, for Aquarius. (Standard disclaimer: Tarotscopes are for entertainment purposes only).

Aquarius, January 20 – February 18: The Hanged Man & the Five of Swords. What feels like triumph to you may be misunderstood by others, and that can be... frustrating. But know that the breakout triumphs come from the outsiders and oddballs, not the "understood" conformists. Find peace where you're at (yes, it's up to you to find it).

Pisces, February 19 – March 20: The Empress and the Page of Cups. Powerful creative forces are flowing through you, if you'll let them. And the key to letting them through is to see things from a beginner's mind, as if you're looking at them for the first time. Don't be afraid to play with your intuition either!

Aries, March 21 – April 19: The Devil and the Page of Wands. Before you fling yourself into your next adventure, be aware that you might not be seeing the entire picture. The Devil is about misdirection - and particularly the lies we tell ourselves. Explore the world, but make sure you're open to really seeing what's around you.

Taurus, April 20 – May 20: The Wheel of Fortune and the Six of Pentacles. Fortune is smiling on you this month, Taurus! You may find yourself in both the giving and receiving roles. You deserve to receive, so smile and thank the universe, and know that the Wheel of Fortune keeps turning, and what you release will come back to you in another form.

Gemini, May 21 – June 20: Temperance and the Three of Swords. That pinch you're feeling is the discomfort of being out of balance. Whether it's manifesting in your physical life or elsewhere, the challenge is a mental one. Do you find yourself doing the same thing over and over, even though you know it's not helping? Time to assess where those drives are really coming from.

Cancer, June 21 – July 22: Judgement and the Six of Cups. Happy memories of the past are calling. It could be an old friend you've lost touch with who's suddenly back in your life, or simply emotional triggers that take you back in time. These are important. Pay attention.

Leo, July 23 – August 22: The Tower and the King of Wands. Things may feel like they're falling apart this month, Leo. It will take a confident, creative approach to manage the chaos. Fortunately, you've got both qualities. Don't let the bumps in the road throw you. Keep perspective and know that this is just part of the journey.

Virgo, August 23 – September 22: The Fool and the Ten of Pentacles. This is a month of abundance, Virgo! And the key to enjoying it is to revel in the now and not to take it too seriously. Things come and go, ebbing and flowing with the universal tides, and things are just things.

Libra, September 23 – October 22: Justice and the Two of Swords. The archetype of Justice is a powerful force in your life this month. She's ready to lead you away from negativity and toward truth and balance, if you'll let her. Whatever question is nagging at you, reason and objectivity are the keys to answering it.

Scorpio, October 23 – November 21: The Hermit and the Knight of Cups. Your passionate nature may be calling you on a reckless adventure, but the Hermit is asking you to step back, go inward, and contemplate. These two forces may seem in opposition, but together they're offering you an opportunity for growth.

Sagittarius, November 22 – December 21: The Magician and the Nine of Wands. You've been working hard and can now claim your success. Congratulations! But every ending is a new beginning, and the Magician says, "Next!" So enjoy this moment, but don't rest on your laurels. Now is the perfect time to start gathering your forces for the next adventure.

Capricorn, December 22 – January 19: The Star and the Two of Pentacles. The key word for you this month is "balance." And the Star promises that you'll find that peaceful balance, along with the joy you deserve. But it won't come on its own. You'll have to be mindful.
