I've become obsessed with the concept of writing more episodically, where each chapter or scene is a complete story arc in and of itself.
Unfortunately, I still haven't quite figured out how to do this.
Did I say idea? This is well beyond the idea stage. It's happening!
My Doyle witch micro-novel, Sight, will include sixteen "episodes" in my witch cozy mystery, and each will have an attached photo labeled with the season and episode number, e.g. S1: E1 will be Season 1, Episode 1.
I've always felt a bit let down after Christmas by the end of the holiday magic, so I'm going to start the episodes on Christmas day and run them through the 12 days of Christmas. 16 episodes are currently planned. That means I'll have to post more than one a day to get things started. I'll post the schedule as soon as I figure it out.
Sight: Season 1
A witch who’s lost her ability to see spirits. A corpse with her name on it. Doyle witch Lenore Bonheim will need every trick in the book to clear her name.
I hope this works.
