Book Shepherd is a website of book recommendations by authors. I love its soothing, modern format so much, that I created another book list for it: my favorite funny cozy mysteries. Cozy mysteries, where the murder takes place "off the page," isn't too gory, and is frequently set in a small town with quirky characters and an amateur sleuth, lend themselves to humor. Laughing over other author's cozy mysteries were what made me want to write my own humor-infused stories.
And I just realized I should have included Murder at the Vicarage on my list. It's a classic Miss Marple, packed with light humor. Oh well. Everyone knows Agatha Christie, right?
Anyway, you can check out my list here. What book would you add to the list?
