The heat is finally starting to break here in Central California wine country, and soon it will be harvest time and spooky season. Though some would argue we're already in spooky season. Of course, it's always spooky season at the San Benedetto Paranormal Museum. So sit back, relax, and enjoy my top five picks for paranormal news of the week. It's oddly cryptid heavy for no particular reason.

1) Is this proof of Bigfoot in Northern California?

2) And there's evidence Bigfoot may be hanging out in the South Carolina low country as well. I can't imagine having all that fur in all that heat. Urgh.

3) And speaking of Bigfoot, we bring you the Precolitsch, a Wallachian creature that's a cross between Bigfoot and a werewolf, and not something you want to mess with.

4) The corpse of a female "vampire" was found in Poland with a sickle across its neck to prevent her from rising again.
