Paranormal News from the Paranormal Museum! Friday the 13th, March, 2026

--By Maddie Kosloski of the Perfectly Proper Paranormal Museum

Two Friday the 13ths in a row seems... strangely lucky. Especially if you run a paranormal museum! Stop by our superstition busting workshop tonight. We'll have stations around the museum where guests can "test" classic bad-luck superstitions: walk under a ladder, open an umbrella indoors, break a mirror (safely, with a prop!), or spill salt.

Can't make it to the paranormal museum? Stop by our online shop!

And now, here are my top five picks for paranormal news of the week!

Tiny alchemical "little men" cooked up in jars? From Paracelsus's old recipes to modern urban fantasy vibes, these artificial beings keep popping up in folklore and speculation. Are they possible? Probably not... but wouldn't it be wild if someone finally got one right?

A dedicated viewer spotted a mysterious black hump bobbing against the current on a Loch Ness live feed earlier this month. The first "virtual" Nessie of the year—proof that monsters love an audience, even online. Grab your binoculars (or just refresh the stream)!

Ukrainian authorities took down self-proclaimed psychics preying on families of missing soldiers with cruel cons. A stark reminder: real paranormal investigation is about curiosity and evidence, not exploitation. Always trust your gut—and verify claims.

(Okay, I've seen other sources list more like 10–11, but let's keep it snappy.) Heightened senses in dreams, synchronicities, and an uncanny knack for sensing when someone's lying. Sound familiar? If so, you might have a sixth sense waiting to be explored... safely, of course.

Red flags: pressure for secrecy, demands for escalating payments, or vague "energy blocks" that only they can fix. Stick to reputable sources, and remember: genuine insight doesn't come with a hard sell.
